He nodded.

"Yeah. Thanks. Do you have time to set and talk?"

Charity nodded as she looked at him as she was thinking about it.  She went getting him his drink then walked over to the booth.  Setting his cup down then sitting down across from him as she wondered what he was wanting to talk about... 

He took a drink of the hot liquid then smiled.

"Delicious as always."

He looked across the table at her.

"I've made my decision, Charity."

Charity looked at him when he said that as she figured he had..

||Charity Sweet||- Oh? 

She paused a moment as she was thinking about it.

||Charity Sweet||- And what have you decided?

She asked curious... 

He reached out and took her hand in his. 

"I'm staying here. I can't leave. There is too much here that I love."

She smiled happy when he said that.  Happy that he wasn't going to be leaving... It was one of the reasons why she didn't really let herself get close... She would of have been heart broken if he would have left.

||Charity||- I'm glad you're staying.  

She smiled as she held his hand.

He kissed her hand and smiled.

"I couldn't leave you."

She looked at him when he said that as he was thinking about it.  She was glad that he felt that way, as she didn't want him to leave.  She wanted him to stay here with her.

||Charity Sweet||- I want you to stay here, I would miss you terribly if you were to leave me.

she siad as she was thinking about it.

He leaned toward her and kissed her softly.

"I'm not going anywhere without you. I promise."

She blushed a bit when he kissed her as she looked at him thinking about what he said.  Happy to hear that.

||Charity||- Good, that makes me happy.

She smiled thinking about it..

He smiled softly at her.

"Mind if I hang around until you close then take you to dinner?"

She shook her head as she didn't mind, and liked the idea of going out to dinner with him as she smiled thinking about it. 

||Charity Sweet||- I don't mind.  I like when you're here.

She smiled as it was true.  It made her day go by quicker when he was around work with her..

He smiled and kissed her again softly before letting her go so she could work. 

"I like hanging out here watching you work."

She looked at him when  he said that as she was thinking about it... She liked that he was here, she enjoyed him being at work with her.  She got up as she went taking care of a few things as she was also cleaning up at the same time.  Talking with him a bit back and forth.  She waited on a few customers, then when it was closing time he helped her close up and lock everything up.

||Charity Sweet||- Thank you.

She said after they were done and heading out of the shop...

He reached out and took her hand in his and spun her around in a circle before pulling her to his side and sliding an arm around her.

"Right now, this very second, I am happier than I have been in a very long time. It is because of you."

She laughed a bit when he swung her around like that as she heard what he said.  She didn't feel like she really did anything, but she was happy that he was feeling so happy right now.

||Charity Sweet||- I didn't do anything, though...

He kissed the tip of her nose.

"You did a lot more than you realize you did."

He opened the door to his truck and helped her inside.

She let him help her into his truck as she was thinking about what he had just said.  She smiled warmly looking at him, as she was glad that he felt aht way.

||Charity Sweet||- You're sweet.

She smiled as she watched him close the door then walk over to the drivers side as he got in and soon they were heading off down the road...

Knowing that there were allergies with some of the sisters, he decided to play it safe and took her to Mama Mia's. He knew that if there was something she couldn't have, her sister would know. It also gave him time to talk to his brother about something.

He pulled into a space and turned off the truck.

"You don't mind dinner here tonight, do you?"

Charity didn't mind at all as she saw where they were pulling up at.

||Charity Sweet||- Oh, I don't mind at all.

She smiled as she was thinking about it.  They got out of the car as they went heading inside.

He followed her inside and his smile got bigger when he heard his brother's voice. He wasn't able to see him, but he knew that voice anywhere. He was singing a song that their mother used to sing to them.

He softly started to sing along.

Charity smiled as she watched him a bit, listening to the singing.  She liked hearing him.  She also knew it wasn't something he hadn't done in awhile.  .

He saw her watching him and smiled. He leaned over and kissed her cheek.

"It's been awhile since I've heard that song. Our mother used to sing it to us when we were little."

She looked at him as she smiled when he kissed her cheek.  Hearing what he had to say about the song that he was kissing.

Charity: It's pretty.

She said as she liked it.

He smiled softly as he  squeezed her hand lightly.

"I wish you could have met my mother. She would have loved you as much as I do."

Charity looked at him when he said that as she was thinking about it.  She had heard a lot about his mother from him and his family.  

||Charity|| I'm sure I would of loved her too.

She smiled warmly as she was thinking about it.  After a moment Jordan came out as David and him started to talk a bit, while Charity was catching up with her sister a bit.  .

There was something that David needed to talk to Jordan about in private so they were able to leave the girls for a few minutes and talk. When they returned, David sat down beside Charity and smiled.

"You girls having a nice chat? Talking about us?"

She laughed a bit as she was shaking her head some, as they had been chatting about the baby that Anna seems to have been pregnant with forever.

||Charity Sweet||- Just talking about the coming baby.

She smiled as she looked at her sister, excited for her because she knew time was getting closer.

David smiled as he looked at his brother and sister-in-law. He could see how happy the two of them were. He hadn't seen Jordan this happy in awhile.

"Another reason I don't want to go back to London. I'd miss all the new babies being born."

She smiled warmly when he said as she was thinking about it.  Knowing that a couple of her siblings were going to be having babies soon.  As well as some of his siblings.  It was a fun time.

||Charity||- It is a fun time.

She smiled as she was thinking about it..

Danny kissed Charity's cheek and smiled at her. He saw the look Jordan gave them and shrugged.

"Don't be so surprised. You knew it was going to happen."

She laughed a bit when he said that to his brother. They went ordering what they were wanting to eat, then went sitting down to talk while waiting for the food to get ready..

He smiled as they talked.

"If I go back to London just for a quick visit, would you go with me?"

She thought about it for a moment, as she then nodded her head.  Feeling that she could take a mini vacation.  It wouldn't hurt to close the shop up for a little bit... she smiled as she thought about it.

||Charity Sweet||- I think I would enjoy a trip to London. It has been ages.

She said as she was thinking about it...

He was glad she would be willing to go with him. He didn't want to leave if he was going alone.

"How soon would you be able to go?"

She thought about it for a moment, thinking about how much time she would need... 

||Charity Sweet||- I'm thinking at least a few days.  Just so I can close things down, call people... How long are we going to be gone?

She asked, also needing to know that.

He wasn't sure how long what he needed to do would take. He would just have to guess.

"I'm not sure. No more than a week."

She nodded a bit as that wasn't bad as she could handle that easily enough. 

||Charity Sweet||- I would just need a few days then.  We won't be gone all that long so there isn't much to really do to prepare. 

She said as she was thinking about it...

He nodded thinking about it.

"I just need to pack up my house and have everything shipped. I also need to meet with a realtor and get the house on the market."

He knew he was going to miss his house in London, but this was best. It was a house he had bought with his ex-wife and it was time to let it go.

She nodded a bit as she was thinking about it.  

||Charity Sweet||- Alright.

She said as she felt it would be fine.  She didn't mind going with him while he went through taken care of all that he needed too..

He leaned toward her and kissed her cheek.

"Thank you. I'm not sure I would be able to do it alone. A lot of memories in that house. The twins were born there."

She nodded as she looked at him as she could understand that.  If she was able to help in any way, she was happy to do it. 

||Charity Sweet||- I understand.  I'm happy to help in any way that I'm able.

She smiled warmly as she was thinking about it...

He smiled when she said that.

"And that is why I love you. You are so sweet and caring."

He kissed her softly.

"I am lucky to have you in my life."

She smiled when he said that as she was glad he felt that way as she thought he was very sweet to say so, and to treat her how he does.

||Charity Sweet||- Awe, you're sweet.

She smiled as she looked at him. After a bit the food was brought out as they sat eating and still talking some...

He took a bite of the pizza and smiled.

"I'm going to have to double my workout tomorrow after this meal."

He looked at the food thinking about it.

"Worth the extra work. This is delicious."

She laughed a bit when he said that as she was thinking about it.  Feeling like he didn't have much of anything to worry about.

||Charity Sweet||- As active as you are, I don't think you really have all that much to worry about.

She said amused as she was thinking about it...

He looked at her and grinned.

"I don't look like this just by being active. This is hard work."

He wiggled his eyebrows at her.

"If you want to help with my extra workout..."

She looked at him as she saw him wiggle his brows as it made her laugh a bit as she was thinking about it. 

||Charity Sweet||- What is this extra work out?

She looked at him curious.

David heard his brother laugh after Charity's question. 

"Ignore him. We'll have this talk later...in private."

She looked over in the direction that Jordan was at, as he was laughing a bit.  She heard what David said as she was rather confused as she just nodded her head a bit, not really understanding what he meant.

||Charity|| Alright..

Once they were finished eating, they headed back out to the truck.

"Dinner was delicious."

He looked over at her.

"You have plans for the rest of the evening?"

She had enjoyed dinner as she was thinking about it. 

||Charity Sweet||- Dinner was wonderful.

She said thinking about it.  She shook her head when he asked if she had any other plans.

||Charity Sweet||- No, I don't have plans. 

She said after thinking about it for a moment..

He turned the truck toward his house and smiled.

"You do now. We're going to spend a bit more time together...away from my brother."

Charity thought about it as she nodded her head.  That was fine with her as she smiled warmly.

||Charity Sweet||- oh, okay... 

She smiled as she thought about it.

||Charity Sweet||- Sounds nice.

She said as she was thinking about it.

He pulled into his garage and turned off the truck before closing the garage door. He noticed that neither of the kids were home. 

He walked around the truck and helped Charity out. He smiled as he kissed her softly.

"I think this is the first time you've been here."

She smiled a bit when he kissed her as she nodded.  As it was her first time here.

||Charity Sweet||- It is my first time here. 

She said as he lead her inside...

He showed her around the house and smiled as he watched her look around. He saved his home gym for last. 

He sat down on the weight bench and pulled her into his lap.

"Sorry the house isn't the cleanest right now. Two teenagers and a job that keeps me very busy. Not as much time for cleaning as this place needs."

Charity sat on his lap as she was looking at him and listening to him talk a bit.

||Charity Sweet||- I don't think it looks that bad.

She said as she thought it was pretty clean.

He shrugged.

"I do what I can when I have time. So do the kids. My sister comes in once a week to give it a good cleaning though."

He pushed her hair back from her face.

"Have you ever used any of the stuff in here?"

Charity looked around the gym he had built up for himself seeing what he had as she shook her head.  She was in great shape, but she actually never worked out in a gym or anything.

||Charity Sweet||- No, I haven't..

He looked around the gym then at her.

"Pick something. I'll show you how to use it."

She looked around at the machines as she did get up checking them out some as she really didn't know anything about much of them, then pointed to this one.

||Charity Sweet||- This one.

She said standing next to a random one.

He looked at the one she picked then grinned. It was one of his favorites. He took her hand and helped her set down correctly in the seat.

"Let me put your arms and legs where they need to be."

He put her hands on the bars and rested her arms on the rests.

"Hold onto that red bar. It gives support."

He leaned down and ran his hand lightly over her leg as he lifted it onto the machine. He did the same with the other. He couldn't help but admire her legs.

He adjusted the machine to fit her, then told her how to use it to exercise her legs.

She watched him as he put her legs in the machine and set it then tell her what to do... After a moment she started to move.. She smiled after a bit as she did like this.

||Charity Sweet||- I like this.

She smiled thinking about it.

He adjusted the weight and the tension so that she would get a bit of a workout and not hurt herself. He stood up beside her then laid his hand on her stomach.

"Can you feel how it pulls at the stomach muscles as well as your leg muscles?"

She nodded as she could feel it.  She could feel a bit of warmth from what she was doing as she was thinking about it.

||Charity Sweet||-  Yes, I can feel it. 

She smiled as she was thinking about it.

He moved his hand from her stomach and laid it over one of her breasts.

"Can you feel your heart starting to beat faster?"

Well she didn't until he moved his hand up on her chest like that, as she nodded, blushing a bit... 

||Charity Sweet||- Yes.

She said as she was still able to continue with no problems... Even when he leaned down to kiss her, which made her stop moving her legs though.

He kissed her softly at first, then deepened the kiss. He couldn't seem to get enough of her lips.

"Charity..."

Charity kissed him back as she heard him say his name.  She looked up at him as she smiled warmly.

||Charity Sweet||- David.

She said his name back with a smile. as she then heard the door open upstairs thinking his kids were home.

||Charity Sweet||- It sounds like your kids are home. 

She smiled thinking about it.

He sighed and nodded. He heard them also.

"Come on."

He helped her up from the machine then held her hand as they walked up the stairs.

Aurora was standing there looking at Luc as she was shaking her head a bit.. She didn't like this... She didn't want to be apart of this.. She already knew that his father hated her something bad, and now Luc was putting her in a spot to make things worse.

||Aurora||- Luc, You can't do that... I'm not your legal guardian.  I am your tutor... I can not sign this for you.

She said seeing it was for a trip... He looked at her begging.

Luc: Please, Dad said I could go already, he's just in surgery an can't sign in... The school said you could because you are my tutor.  

He was laying as his dad said no... She didn't know this though.. She looked at him, really feeling like she shouldn't but he talked her into it... 

||Aurora||- Fine.

she said as she signed it for him, feeling it would be okay seeing as Luc said his father said it was alright... He would be gone for the week... 

Well a day into his trip, Damian nearly knocked down her door after he found out she signed the slip as he was irrate... She looked at him startled and scared.. 

||Aurora||- I'm sorry...He said he already had your permission but you just forgot to sign it, and couldn't because you were performing heart surgery...

He glared at her, pissed as he had her cornered as she didn't mean to do anything wrong, or go over his head, she had honestly thought Luc had his dads okay

He growled and shook his head.

"I wasn't doing any damn surgery. I've been on a medical leave from the hospital for the past three months. You knew about that."

Aurora shook her head as she looked at him still rather scared as she didn't know that.  She hadn't seen him at all. 

||Aurora||- No I didn't know.  Luc said you went back to work over a month ago.   It's why he's been doing his work over here and eating dinner here.

She said as he had to notice that he had been feeding him dinner for over a month if he had been home. 

He frowned as he listened to her then laughed.

"Damn kid been getting two dinners every damn day. He's eating here and at home."

Aurora looked at him as he was not laughing not sure if that was a good sign or not.  Not really sure what to stay at the moment. 

||Aurora||- I'm sorry... 

She said after a moment.

He ran his hand through his hair and sighed.

"I'm sorry, Aurora. Please, if he tries to get you to sign or agree to anything else, call me first. I won't be working for several more months, if at all. Don't let him get away with lying to you."

Aurora nodded as she looked at him as she was going to make sure she never did that again.  She didn't want to upset him like this again.

||Aurora||- Okay.

She said in a small voice as she looked at him.

He looked at the door and sighed.

"How much do I owe you? Food, tutoring, everything. How much?"

She shook her head as she knew she didn't need his money.  

||Aurora||- I don't want your money.

She said after a moment as she didn't want to take anything from him.

He wasn't  going to argue with her about it.

"Will you at least accept my appology and my thanks?"

She thought about it as she looked at him.  She then nodded her head.

||Aurora||- That I can do.

She said as she was willing to forgive him and accept his thanks..

He smiled when she accepted.

"Do you think you could join me for dinner at my house the night the kids return? I think we both need to talk to Luc."

If he was wanting her to she would.

||Aurora||- If you want me to , I will.

She said as she was thinking about it..

He nodded.

"I think letting Luc know that we are both together on this is smart. He will be less likely to try using us against each other again.""

She thought about it when he said that as she was thinking about it.  She knew Luc was so use them fighting and they didn't really spend much time around each other, so he did have an easier time with it... Which usually caused more friction between the two.

||Aurora||- Right.

She said as she was thinking about it.  

Damion nodded as he thought about everything going on with his son.

"I think the two of us really should start communicating better. Especially where Luc is concerned."

She looked at him when he said that... She didn't think that would be so easy as he usually couldn't stand the site of her... Ever sense they got stuck together in the hide out, it hadn't been good, and once they were freed he had wanted very little to nothing to do with her, unless it was to yell at her for something... She didn't argue though , didn't want him to be any more angry with her as she just nodded. 

He looked over at her and gave a small smile.

"How are you doing? You been okay?"

She thought about how she was doing as she nodded a bit.

||Aurora||- I'm doing okay... I'm going back to work next month.

She said as she worked at the campus and had to return in November.. 

He was glad to hear that. She seemed to be doing much better than he was even though he let people believe he was okay.

"Good. I hope it goes well for you."

She looked at him as she heard what he said as she was thinking about things a bit.

||Aurora||- You are never going to heal if you don't let yourself... If you continue to hide inside you will never get better.  I know how you feel, I know how scary it is out here.... but you can't hide, you can't be afraid.

She said as she had refused to hide, she had refused to let what happened to her take over her life, it had been a process and taken a lot of work, but she had started the healing process, and was starting to not be afraid again... 

It wasn't as easy as she made it seem. It may be for her, but not for him.

"I'm not hiding. I'm just trying to figure things out."

She looked at him when he said that as she understood and knew that he had to work on things at his own pace.

||Aurora||- I understand... Just know that you're not alone. 

She said as she was here if he needed someone to talk to... 

He looked at her wanting to pull her into his arms, but he knew he had already caused enough problems for her.

"I should go."

She looked at him when he said that as she sighed a little bit.

||Aurora||- If you want too.

She said simply.... 

He looked at her and frowned a bit.

"It's not that I want to, Aurora. I've already caused enough problems for you..."

Aurora looked at him as she listened to him talk a bit, as she shook her head a bit.  She didn't feel like had caused her any problems. 

||Aurora||- Then what do you want, Damian?

She asked letting him decide.

He looked at her and could she that she really wanted to know.

"I want you, Aurora. I want that connection we did have. I want what we had before I fucked everything up."

She looked at him when he said that as she was thinking about it a moment.  As she then extended her hand to his.

||Aurora||- Then be with me, I'm right here.

She said as she wasn't turning him away, and wanted to be back with him too.
